The Kindle refresh rate is really good. I'm a fast reader and honestly, it takes no more and possibly less time than turning a physical page. Granted you have to do it more often, but it doesn't matter.

I worried about this as well before I got mine, so that's why I decided to chime in here You should go for it! :-)
