I've been kind of floundering around lately on the fandom front but there's something about this story that's kind of legit making my heart sing. I even stopped yesterday in the middle of writing to make additional art for it. I remember when I started writing Tangled Destinies. I adored every minute of it.</p><p>I've written other stories with Kirk/Spock as a Sentinel/Guide pair but there's something about this one that is just really making me want to dig into Star Trek again and make myself at home.</p><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://keiramarcos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/wildfurious-final.jpg" width="600" height="210" alt="" /></div><br /><br />I've posted 2 parts on RT so far and you can find them here if you're interested: <a href="https://www.roughtrade.org/house-of-wolves-keira-marcos/">https://www.roughtrade.org/house-of-wolves-keira-marcos/</a><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=keiramarcos&ditemid=450683" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/> commentstag:dreamwidth.org,2010-05-20:517297:448784Imzadi2020-03-31T17:59:27Z2020-03-31T17:59:27Zpublic3<p><strong>Title</strong>: <a href="http://keiramarcos.com/2020/03/imzadi/">Imzadi</a><br /> <strong>Author</strong>: Keira Marcos<br /> <strong>Fandom</strong>: Star Trek (AOS)<br /> <strong>Challenge</strong>: Fluff Bingo (Game Night)<br /> <strong>Relationship</strong>: Kirk/Spock<br /> <strong>Genre</strong>: Romance, First Time, Science Fiction, Alternate Universe<br /> <strong>Warnings</strong>: No beta<br /> <strong>Word Count</strong>: 4,338<br /> <strong>Author’s Note</strong>: I know nothing about regular chess, much less 3d chess. It is my headcanon that Jim Kirk is 1/3 Betazoid through his father, George. I explored this concept in <a href="http://keiramarcos.com/fan-fiction/star-trek/tangled-destinies-ks/">Tangled Destinies</a>. In this ‘verse, Jim was serving as Pike’s First Officer on the <em>Enterprise</em> when Nero attacked Vulcan, so he joined Star Fleet sooner than he did in the AOS movies. They were able to prevent the destruction of Vulcan.<br /> <strong>Summary</strong>: Spock has issues. He could write a whole novel on them if he were inclined to such displays of angst. But he isn’t. Besides, Jim wouldn’t even read it because he’d rather read <em>letters</em> from Ambassador Spock. Not that Spock cares, because he doesn’t. Clearly.</p> <p><a href="http://keiramarcos.com/2020/03/imzadi/imzadi-final/" rel="attachment wp-att-68464"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-68464" src="https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.214/5d4.4f7.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/imzadi-final.jpg" alt="" width="1000" height="350" /></a></p> <p>– – – –</p><br /><br /><img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=keiramarcos&ditemid=448784" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/> commentstag:dreamwidth.org,2010-05-20:517297:447755Alien Afternoon2020-03-25T11:58:28Z2020-03-25T11:58:28Zpublic1<p><strong>Title</strong>: <a href="http://keiramarcos.com/2020/03/alien-afternoon/">Alien Afternoon</a><br /> <strong>Author</strong>: Keira Marcos<br /> <strong>Fandom</strong>: Star Trek (AOS)<br /> <strong>Challenge</strong>: Fluff Bingo<br /> <strong>Relationship</strong>: Kirk/Spock<br /> <strong>Genre</strong>: Romance, Science Fiction, Alternate Universe, pre-Slash<br /> <strong>Warnings</strong>: Minor Character Bashing, no beta<br /> <strong>Word Count</strong>: 3,470<br /> <strong>Author’s Note</strong>: Bonus Fluff Bingo is keeping me sane!
