Girl Power
Mar. 22nd, 2011 04:13 pmI finally watched the most recent episode of Criminal Minds and I'm kind of pissed at the loss of Emily. She was a great, strong female character and I'm not digging the whiny ass little girl replacement at all.
It's kind of crappy that we can't seem to keep strong female characters in shows actually. So, a list of things that I find irritating about shows involving women on television:
1. This summer is the final season of THE CLOSER.
2. They cancelled the Sarah Connor Chronicles
3. Don't even get me started on the 200th episode of Bones. I haven't watched that show since but I do have it on my DVR.
4. I've watched one episode of Nikita but I couldn't get into it which is is disappointing because I think Maggie Q is awesome.
5. I think Kono is an awesome character on Hawaii 5-0 but her character was introduced in a bikini. SIGH. (Granted she looked hot but come on!)
