People are stupid, one only has to work with the general public for a few years to realize the great truth.
Also, childbirth is not pretty or fun. I've done it, but only to get some lovely scrummy newborn out of it. I then pretty much cursed their existence once they realized their service wasn't on tap anymore.

BTW I got into McShep, the Sentinel and Sherlock because of you. You also mentioned Criminal minds in passing as well, I started reading wiki in order to pad out my background knowledge of the fandom.
