Oh wow, I was just in tears from that clip - I haven't seen it before. I am also so mad that people are being so horrible and driving great authors away. The annonomyity on the Internet is sometimes such a bitch as people seem to feel free to say things they would NEVER say to someones face. I hope these authors are still able to creatively express themselves, even if they are just emailing amongst friends.
