I've always put the name of the person who created the icon in the keywords part of the userpics on my lj. I don't know if that's how you're supposed to do it or not.
It is my favorite icon. It's pretty much my default setting at work.
I'm hoping if they do make Torchwood again it'll be good. I mean they killed off most of the cast so they'll have to start with a new slate for the most part. Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll show up on itunes or BBC America.
