12 Angry Men (1957) --- Yes, I had watch it in high school. I was bored out of my mind
2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) --- Yes, my husband made me watch as some rite of passage to our relationship. It was our fourth date and I had a feeling I was going to be tested on it.
The 400 Blows (1959) --- No
8 ½ (1963) --- No
The African Queen (1952) --- Yes, on a side note watching Katherine Hepburn in anything makes me nervous and I don't know why.
Alien (1979) --- I had nightmares for a week.
All About Eve (1950)--- No
Annie Hall (1977)--- No
Apocalypse Now (1979) --- I was forced to watch this in college. I don't remember why. I do remember that I also had to watch Fahrenheit 451 in that class as well. My professor obviously had a hard on for weird mind-fuck movies.
The Battle of Algiers (1967) --- No
The Bicycle Thief (1948) --- No
Blade Runner (1982) --- There was a time when I'd watch anything with Harrison Ford in it. This movie was no exception. I'll admit I still don't quite get it.
Blazing Saddles (1974) --- this movie makes me laugh until I hurt
Blow Up (1966) --- No
Blue Velvet (1986) --- No
Bonnie and Clyde (1967) --- No
Breathless (1960) --- No
The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) --- No
Bringing Up Baby (1938) --- No
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) --- No
Casablanca (1942) --- I think it was my duty as a woman to watch this movie. I rented it one night a week after i broke up with my first boyfriend and drank a six pack of beer while I watched it.
Chinatown (1974) --- No
Citizen Kane (1941) -- was forced to watch this in high school. The same teacher made me watch the Grapes of Wraith as well. She obviously had a hard-on for Henry Fonda because she also made me watch 12 Angry Men.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) --- This is one of those movies you watch and you feel like you should be impressed and moved and then you sort of feel like an backward idiot when you aren't. At least, that's how I feel.
Die Hard (1988) -- who can resist Alan Rickman and Bruce Willis in the same movie?
Do the Right Thing (1989 --- No
Double Indemnity (1944) --- No
Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) --- No
Duck Soup (1933) --- No
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) --- My seventh grade english teacher used to have "movie" days-- now I just realize she was using movies to pacify us while she did her own thing but at the time i thought she was very very cool. Anyways-- we had a choice between two movies once-- Space Camp and ET -- I voted for Space Camp but most of the twits in my class voted for ET. I hate that movie.
Enter the Dragon (1973) --- I had a boyfriend in college who thought Bruce Lee was the second coming of Christ.
The Exorcist (1973) --- My friends and rented the unrated, directors cut our freshmen year of college and watched it in the dorm lobby. Everyone was afraid to go to sleep after it was over-- so all forty residents of the dorm slept in the lobby in piles for safety purposes.
Fast Times At Ridgemont High (1982) -- I don't think you can grow up in the 80's and get away without watching this movie ;-)
The French Connection (1971) --- No
The Godfather (1972) -- my husband is convinced this is the best movie ever. I sat through the entire trilogy and I'm still debating with myself five years later if I should smake the shit out of him or not.

Goldfinger (1964) -- I don't think you can call yourself a James Bond fan if you haven't seen Goldfinger-- it would be a big fat lie.
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (1968) --- my first step father had a thing for John Wayne and Clint Eastwood. I remember how much I hated this movie. I mean-- really hated it.

The Graduate (1967) --- watched in college for class
Grand Illusion (1938) --- No
Groundhog Day (1993) -- Yes- I watch this every chance i get. I love it.
A Hard Day's Night (1964)--- No
In the Mood For Love (2001) --- No

It's a Wonderful Life (1946) -- I hate this movie with fire of a thousand suns
Jaws (1975) --- I came away thinking that a bigger boat probably wouldn't have helped him. And did anyone else develop an irrational fear of exploding scuba dive tanks?
King Kong (1933) -- Yes- I've seen ever version of King Kong ever made
The Lady Eve (1941) --- No
Lawrence of Arabia (1962) --- My grandmother made me watch this one summer. I forgave her eventually
The Lord of the Rings (2001,2002,2003) -- in the theater (twice for each movie) and I have the extended editions on DVD
M M (1931) --- No
M*A*S*H (1970) --- No
The Maltese Falcon (1941) --- No
The Matrix (1999) --- my husband and i went on our second date to see this movie. He was so thrilled with the movie he forgot I was there-- but that was okay because I sort of did the same thing

Nosferatu (1922) --- I once had sex while this movie played in the background. Does that count?

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) Yes-- class project

Princess Mononoke (1999) --- No
Psycho (1960) -- nightmares for a month
Pulp Fiction (1994) --- I had to watch this movie 3 times to GET IT.
Raging Bull (1980) --- No
Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) -- ah, Harrison Ford, a bullwhip, a great ate, and a death wish-- gotta love it.
Raise the Red Lantern (1992) --- No
Rashomon (1951) --- No
Rear Window (1954) --- No
Rebel Without a Cause (1955) -- I don't get why James Dean was so hot. I mean-- well, I don't get why people thought he was hot. I watched this one a couple of times with my grandma.
Rocky (1976) -- I love this movie!
Roman Holiday (1953) --- No
Saving Private Ryan (1998) --- I threw up twice before I got past the first ten minutes of this movie. My husband eventually fast forwarded through the battle so I could actually watch the rest of the movie
Schindler's List (1993) -- I cried. A lot.

Seven Samurai (1954) --- No
The Shawshank Redemption (1994) --- I cried, a little less than I cried at Schindler's List
The Silence of the Lambs (1991) --- I went on a diet after I saw this movie.
Singin' in the Rain (1952) -- I LOVE this movie!
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) -- ug, this remains the only classic disney movie I've ever seen that I absolutely HATE.
Some Like It Hot (1959) -- Loved It!
The Sound of Music (1965) -- I have this on DVD. It's a FAVE.
Star Wars (1977) -- Harrison Ford, laser pistol, a bad attitude-- this is made of win!

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) --- Loved it. The kid was a lil whinny though.
