I was going to list kinks that freak me the fuck out but I don't want anyone to think I think badly about them for their kinks. Everyone is entitled to their kinks and cliche-loves even the ones I listed before that I hate. I think it's important to understand and acknowledge what works for us as individuals and what doesn't. That's what makes us all awesome. It would suck if we were all the same.

But.

1. Twoo Luv - Not the icky, sticky 'so and so were made by the Powers to be together blah blah blah' (though that has its place), but the real love with warts and all. Not a traditional kink, but one that seems rarely reflected in fandom, enough so that I save them to a file for re-reading later.

Uhmmm.... Yeah. How do you get me into these things?

Kinks:

1) OTP's. Might not be traditional, but I will read one of my OTP's long before I will try anything else.

2) Bonding fics. Love those. Be they mental, or some physical bond that keeps the two together, I love them.

3) Transformation fics. I like it when people turn into something. Keira and I had fun one night making John Sheppard a wolf shifter in the Pegasus Galaxy (thank you Ancients for that surprise!). It was lovely.

4) D/s is lovely. Ties That Bind gets my engine revving every time & I adore that. I also like the ones where the sub is a very strong character in his own right. No wusses here, please.

5) Vampire fic. I think this is why I love Sylum so much. They are fun in ways that take parking the brain away from the keyboard & just diving in. Same with Voracity and her Xander. Lots of fun to be had there.

1.) Bonding. I will always read a bonding fic right off the bat. Even if I end up not liking the story I'll give it a shot if it's in some way got bonding.

2.) First time. Yeah I've got a thing for Tony being Steve's first too but that's not the only fandom I enjoy them in. Fandom always seems to make it special and since most of us don't look to fondly on our first time it's a nice break from reality.

3.) Rimming. I personally don't think this is something I myself would ever do but god when it's written well I consider it. It's a fun almost taboo that I can stand having messed around with.

4.) BDSM. I love all aspects of this particular kink and I love reading it because I learn new kinks that I wouldn't have previously given two thoughts to. The dynamic in and of itself is fun but reading about kinks I wouldn't have normally thought of as a kink is fun too. Also marking could fall under it's own kink but counts for here too.

5.) Shifter verses. I always look for these in any fandom. Especially if I'm new to the fandom. First the bonding and BDSM and then the shifter fics.

6.) Ink. I have a serious tattoo fetish. I totally get why H50 fandom loves to have Danny obsessed with Steve's ink. Tattoos are hot. Getting tattoos is hot. I've got a fucking ink kink to beat ALL hell. It totally shows in my writing. I can name at least three files in my wip folder that display this perfectly.

7.) Heartwrenching Angst with a happy ending. If you can make me cry along with the character and then make me feel like all the happy ending is partly my own. I love it. The stories where Tony is whumped all to hell and then everyone realizes just how much of a fucking bad ass and how amazing he is and practically beg him to forgive them. Those are like crack to me. Same with Rodney. Those poor abused boys -.-; I'm a cruel bitch.

It is a common trope in alpha/omega or shifter fics. Basically, the "dominant" partner's penis swells at the base at the end of intercourse. In real dogs, this serves to hold the dogs together as semen is delivered. In fanfic, knotting is often associated with heat/breeding and sometimes true love/mates. Beware, however, because some fic skirt the line (or jump way over the line) of bestiality.

Kinks of mine:

I have a weakness for Aliens Made Them Do it (and similar situations). And for when a strong character (like John Sheppard, LJ Gibbs, etc.) voluntarily gives up control one day/night within a sex scene. As in holds the head board and lets his partner take control and rock his world.

Also love soul bond fics, bdsm when it's written well, and hurt/comfort but there must be a realistic healing process instead of just magical healing cock (even Sheppard's.)
