Only when you're writing? My entire paternal line tilts their heads to the right as soon as you point a camera at us. Drives professional photographer's crazy, but we've got four or five generations of evidence.

I tilt my head slightly to the left all the time!! I only realised when I was wearing some long earrings & only 1 side brushed my shoulder. If I straighten my head up it feels weird.
It's only a few millimetres so thankfully most of the time it's not obvious!
