I can see it. She can do loads better than Ron though. Neville is pretty hot stuff these days, I doubt most people would mind taking a spin on his wand.
I think, given half a decent chance, Ron could really come into his own. In many ways he was more human than either Hermione or Harry *because* his faults and flaws were so easy to see. I don't think he was a paradigm of virtue but neither do I see him as the spawn of Satan either.
well I suppose is as far fetched as Hermione/Snape I saw around, or Harry/Ginny do you heard that JKR!
for Ron I think the stupid girl of 6th year was the perfect one for him! I can't remember her name?
Yesterday I was rewatching the order of phoenix with Hubby and sons and I was looking Ginny, Harry, Hermione, Luna, because the actors knew more of the future books before hand specially then I think the 6 book was out before they were filming movie number 5.
but Harry never look at her not even once! He is between Cho for who he still have some feelings, Hermione his constant friend and Luna who intrigue him all the year. but Ginny goes from envious to jealous at every turn on the movie, it is little looks but you notice she is on to something. And I remember in the book she had griffindor boyfriend all the year, apparently to make Harry look at her, but he never look at her.
So there was more possibilities for Harry/Luna than Ron/Luna if you ask me at least in year 6, maybe for she was an enigma to Harry and she had a lot of sadness and been adult in a child body as him. Sure thing it wouldn't work at the end because they were too similar.
But Daniel Radcliff shipped Harry/Luna if i remember correctly as a better than Harry/Ginny for his character.
