I'd like to thank the people who have donated to my site this year. Thanks to you, keeping my site up and running was much easier to do. Writers always take a hit in the wallet when the economy tanks because reading is a leisure activity and one of the first things people give up buying when money is tight are books.

Thanks to donations, I didn't have to worry about coming up with the money for the site so it was one less worry for me this summer.

I always send a little note thanking people when they donate but I've failed to acknowledge that contribution publicly the way I should. #shameface
