They put me on The Pill starting at age 14 to control my PCOS. Had nothing to do with sex, obviously. They were trying to get my periods stabilized. It didn't work quite like they'd expected; they pumped me with heavy-duty progesterone and I started getting my period like 10 days on/10 days off.

So many women take BC for reasons other than preventing pregnancy. These old white guys are so afraid of womenly bits they have never learned thing one about women's health. Fucking idiots.

I started taking The Pill at around age 13 due to the extreme pain of my periods and a family history of endometriosis. I had so much pain that I would miss school during my period, and also two weeks later during egg release. BC is literally preserving my ability to have children. Remove BC, and I will have maybe five years before I become unable to get pregnant.
